Custom Connectivity & VoIP Solutions
Choosing communication services is complicated. With so much jargon, how do you know if unified communications (UCaaS), VoIP, or cloud-based multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) is right for your business?
Thankfully, we speak in simple terms, while having strategically combined data, voice (telecommunications), equipment, applications, and data center services to create solutions tailored to the unique needs of your business.
Connectivity is the lifeblood of business, but all connectivity is not created equal. Evaluating your business needs for the amount and quality of bandwidth needed to connect with co-workers and customers is the foundation of our expertise.

- Why is a cable circuit $150/month, but a dedicated circuit is $550/month?
This is the difference between broadband and dedicated internet access. Broadband internet is not engineered or managed as tightly as dedicated internet. You know this because the Service Level Agreements (SLA) typically don’t exist on broadband (SLAs are the provider’s commitment on service). That means it will work. Most of the time. They think.
Broadband is fine for some applications, but not for everything. Talk to us and we will help you sort it out.
- I have fiber, why isn’t our speed any better?
Fiber is just a way to connect your business to the network provider, it doesn’t control your speed or quality. Yes, fiber does have the capacity to have more speed, but what internet performance you get is dependent on the equipment on each end of the fiber, as well as what speed you’re paying for from your internet service provider (ISP).
- How much will SD-WAN save me on network costs?
SD-WAN typically does not save on direct network costs, but in some cases it can. It really depends how your network is used and what data needs to go where. We can help you evaluate traffic and figure out the most efficient way to use your network. Contact us today (it doesn’t cost you anything).
- MPLS is a dead technology, why should we consider keeping it?
MPLS is about the only way to truly guarantee end-to-end performance on a network. It depends on your needs, but normally, any real-time critical traffic is best served by a MPLS network.
- Should I do anything to my network when I consider using Office 365, Microsoft Azure, or AWS?
Yes. By moving critical applications to a cloud provider, your network is more important than ever. SD-WAN technologies can help with critical failover and traffic routing making the move to the cloud more successful.
